Corporate Agreement

My Sky Group Enterprise LLC

1. Purpose of the Agreement
   These terms govern the corporate use of My Sky Deals memberships acquired by companies, organizations, or institutions for distribution among employees, affiliates, clients, or other authorized beneficiaries.

2. Acceptance
   The use of our memberships by a corporate entity implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Definition of Corporate User
   A “Corporate User” is defined as any legal entity that acquires memberships in bulk for institutional distribution.

4. Permitted Use
   Memberships may only be used for loyalty, incentive, or recognition purposes within the organization. Resale or transfer to unauthorized third parties is not permitted.

5. Membership Validity
   Each membership is valid for 12 months from activation and is subject to renewal under the prevailing commercial conditions.

6. Beneficiary Activation
   The Corporate User is responsible for securely and accurately providing the data of beneficiaries for activation.

7. Resale Prohibition
   The resale of memberships or associated benefits without the express written authorization of My Sky Deals is strictly prohibited.

8. Non-Exclusivity
   This agreement does not grant territorial exclusivity or legal representation rights of the brand.

9. Intellectual Property
   My Sky Deals retains exclusive ownership of its brand, image, logos, technological systems, and promotional materials. Their use is restricted to the promotion of the memberships acquired.

10. Confidential Information
    All information shared between the parties shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed without prior authorization.

11. Reports and Monitoring
    My Sky Deals may request usage, impact, and distribution reports of memberships for service improvement or anti-fraud purposes.

12. Responsible Use
    The organization agrees to ensure that its beneficiaries use the platform properly and lawfully.

13. Transfer of Benefits
    In the event of a beneficiary’s withdrawal, the organization may request reassignment of the membership, provided it has not been used.

14. Volume Bonuses
    Bonuses in the form of free memberships or other benefits will be recognized as established in the commercial agreement. These bonuses are not redeemable for cash.

15. Support and Training
    My Sky Deals will provide technical assistance and training materials to the organization’s designated representatives.

16. Limited Liability
    My Sky Deals shall not be held liable for failures, changes, or cancellations of services provided by third parties (hotels, merchants, tour operators, etc.).

17. Cancellation for Fraudulent Use
    We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to users or accounts engaged in improper activities or in violation of these terms.

18. Discount Guarantee
    We offer up to 60% savings on selected products. However, discounts depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

19. Promotions and Conditions
    Promotions and benefits are subject to change without prior notice, depending on the availability of our business partners.

20. Breach of Agreement
    In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, My Sky Deals may suspend the contract and withhold future activations.

21. Termination of Agreement
    Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a minimum notice of 30 calendar days.

22. Service Modifications
    We reserve the right to update or modify platform features without altering the essence of the contracted service.

23. Audit
    We reserve the right to audit organizational use of memberships, with prior notice.

24. International Use
    Benefits may vary outside the U.S. depending on the partner network available. We do not guarantee the same international coverage.

25. Brand Restrictions
    The organization may not use the My Sky Deals brand in campaigns that create confusion with intellectual property or institutional affiliation without express authorization.

26. Payment Methods and Billing
    Billing and payment methods shall be carried out in accordance with the terms agreed in the signed commercial proposal.

27. Refunds and Returns
    Refunds will be accepted up to 7 days after activation, provided the membership has not been used.

28. Legal Jurisdiction
    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the laws of the United States. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Florida.

29. Assignment of Contract
    The organization may not assign the rights or obligations of this contract without prior written consent.

30. Formal Acceptance
    The use or activation of memberships by the organization or its members constitutes express acceptance of this document.
