1. Authorized Use

2. Personal and Non-Transferable Access
   Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Simultaneous use on multiple devices or by multiple users may result in account suspension.

3. Resale Prohibition
   The resale of benefits, access, discounts, or coupons obtained through My Sky Deals without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Ethical Use
   The user agrees to use the platform in an ethical manner, respecting the conditions imposed by affiliated merchants and third-party partners.

5. Accuracy of Information
   All information provided during registration and use must be accurate. Any falsification may result in immediate account termination.

6. Acceptable Behavior
   It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, offensive activities, or any activities that violate third-party rights.

7. IP Restrictions

    The company reserves the right to suspend an account upon reports of misuse, subject to prior verification and notification.

11. Restriction of Commercial Use
    The platform is intended for personal or institutional use within the scope of the Partner program. It may not be used for commercial purposes without prior agreement.

12. Intellectual Property
    Users may not copy, replicate, modify, or distribute any content owned by My Sky Deals without prior written authorization.

13. Tier Changes
    Upgrades or membership changes must be requested through official channels. Misuse to obtain higher-level benefits with a lower-level membership will not be tolerated.

14. Use of Social Media
    Comments on social media linked to My Sky Deals must maintain respectful language. Defamatory comments may result in blocking or suspension.

15. User Security
    The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and must immediately report any suspicious or unauthorized access.

16. Unusual Repetitive Use
    Excessive use of the same benefits, in suspicious intervals, or by multiple members sharing the same IP will be reviewed and may result in temporary restriction.

17. Third-Party Access
    Access to third-party portals provided through the platform implies acceptance of their own terms and conditions. My Sky Deals is not responsible for their content or operation.

18. Liability for Damages
    The user agrees not to hold My Sky Deals liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

19. Membership Validity
    The use of benefits is limited to the validity period of the membership. Once expired, access will be automatically suspended.

20. Implied Acceptance
    The use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these policies. My Sky Deals reserves the right to modify them at any time, notifying users through official channels.
